INITIATIVES TAKEN BY RWA IN LAST THREE MONTHS
MARCH
2024

Children play area became full operational and children in society starts enjoying it.

Fogging in society took place by municipal corporation at the initiation of RWA.
-
Initiatives taken for getting UPPCL connections.
-
Meetings held with Thyssen top executives for getting complete solution of lifts operating in T1 to T4. It was addressed promptly by the team of Thyssen group and lifts of these towers are running smoothly except T3 which is being used in unprofessional way for commercial purposes.
APRIL

Fogging on regular basis by the team of municipal corporation as a part of RWA initiatives.

Alcohol testing of guards happens twice a day to refrain the drunken guards from duty.

Compensation of lost parcel is done by the security agency at the RWA initiatives.

Swimming pool started and initiatives for issuing club cards to residents initiated for smooth and uninterrupted use of club, gym, basement playing zone and swimming pool by the Bonafide Residents. SOP for the proper use of these facilities also made public including the kids play area.

Initiatives for tenant verification/police verification taken again. Tenants are insisted to use our website https://www.sunbreezeone.com/tenant-verification for this purpose.

Special arrangements were made to view Moon on the eve of ID festivals at instance of our fellow Muslim residents.

Weekly meetings with the representatives of Aurum Infrastructure, Viraj Constructions and RWA started to find out and assess the issues of society with a result oriented follow up by RWA with Aurum Infrastructure and Viraj Constructions as well.
MAY

In review meetings ,the following major society issues are taken, which have been promptly resolved. It includes following :-

Cleaning of common areas and stair cases.

Garbage management.
-
Proper greenery.
-
Repairing works of damaged areas in common places done.
-
Fused lights of common areas replaced.
-
Camp organized for issuing Voter id card in view of General elections 2024.
-
Voters awareness drive is organized by the women's wing of society.
-
Additional CCTV cameras are installed on different locations to enhance the security aspects of the society.
-
One more DG set of 750 kva is provided by the management on a special request and efforts of RWA.
-
Water supply issues.
-
Lift related problems.
-
Fire fighting systems.
-
Fire mock drill took place in the society with the help of Aurum team.
-
Special drive for cleaning, sanitation and greenery is taken up by RWA team.

A special meeting of entire executive body of RWA took place with the chairman of VCPL Mr. Viraj Sagar Das in which major issue of maintenance and Jio/Airtel internet services are discussed. The meeting ends on a positive note and the above issues raised in the meeting may get resolved very soon.

The drive for getting UPPCL connections are near to completion, special camps were organised at the instance of RWA.

All electricity dues of UPPCL is cleared by VCPL, the RWA took a positive role in closing this chapter.

New security team took over the charge of society.
In addition to above, we are regularly sharing the MOM in the group regarding the progress of works taken up by the Team of RWA, Management and Aurum Infrastructure.

Our Upcoming Goals
1. Maintenance charges issues will be discussed with the builder and try to resolve soon.
2. Jio/Airtel will come to its society as soon as possible. Negotiations for this are in the final stages.
3. Relocation of Sewage treatment plan.
4. Initiatives regarding police verification of tenants.
5. Configuration of RFID of vehicles.
In addition to the above, we invite relevant suggestions which require immediate improvement. All you Sunbreeze - 1 residents are requested to come together and those who can give some of their time to make their society better are welcome.
