SECRETARY MESSAGE : Dear Residents, It is my privilege to address you as secretary of RWA and I am pleased to present this interactive website for use of all resident for an efficient and smooth functioning of the day to day works of the residents residing over here in Sunbreeze-1. Soon after taking over charge as RWA secretary, I used my good offices to arrange & open an office for the RWA near the Club house of society. After taking over charge I started to find out major areas of concern  of the society and I found that on the top of this list is security aspects which has got too many lapses and needs a complete overhaul. With a view to streamline it in an effective way, we called for quotations from various quarters and after scrutinizing the salient features, we have appointed a new team for security in sunbreeze-1 with a view to revamp the entire system. We hope that security related issues would get minimize in days to come.

Next, we took up the issues of untouched areas, the important among which is kids playing zone and pleased to inform you residents that the kids play zone is going to be operational in a short period of time.

Cleaning and Greenery of society is the next challenge which I have taken on priority and the visible changes  you might be experiencing in this area too. The most challenging issue is that of parking which will take some time to be solved I assure you as a secretary of the society, I will take up this issue with the management keeping your point of view in mind and try my best to get it resolved in favor of residents, I further request all the residents to use this interactive platform vigorously and make this as vibrant as it can be. You feel free to raise the issue of common interest without any fear and favor.
